Trám nhồi thịt là một món rất đặc trưng của mùa thu. Những người Bắc gốc, dù đi đâu sinh sống cũng không thể nào quên được "măng đắng, trám bùi", hương vị gợi nhớ quê nhà. Trám nhồi thịt chiên có màu vàng ruộm, thơm lừng, khi ăn thì bùi bùi beo béo rất thú vị.

Thịt heo xay trộn với 1/2 muỗng canh nước mắm, hành phi, tiêu ướp 20 phút.

Rửa sạch trám để thật ráo nước rồi cắt đôi trái trám. Sau đó nhồi thịt vào từng miếng trám một.

Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, chiên trám vừa nhồi thịt đến khi thịt vàng, mặt có thịt hãy chiên vàng nhưng mặt trám thì chỉ chiên vừa tới thôi, để miếng trám căng mọng và không bị quắt lại.

Bày trám chiên xong ra đĩa có trang trí xà lách, cà chua cắt lát ở dưới, rau ngò ở trên cho bắt mắt. Trám chiên có màu vàng ruộm, thơm lừng, khi ăn thì bùi bùi beo béo rất thú vị.
