Gives baby a swaddle feeling and helps him rest !
I gave the Dock a tot a few weeks to be able to give it a fair chance and really see how it can help. My baby began to hate being swaddled but I knew he needed the feeling ( he's 2 1/2 m. Started fighting the swaddle at about 6 weeks ) he did need about two days to get comfortable but I noticed he wasn't jumping up as much and waking up from not being swaddled and he also started sleeping longer I know it's also his age development , however I can say this wa s a good purchase . I am really loving this right now and of course it also helps how beautiful the marble print and easy to clean .. I was able to spot clean it and dry it in just a few hours. If anyone needs to know it does fit into the halo bassinet of that's how you intend to use it .

More useful than you'd think
I was on the fence about purchasing a Dockatot, but I am so glad I did. Our baby will sleep in it for hours and it's easy to move around the house so i can get things done and know i have a spot for her. You can spot clean the cover just with a wet washcloth, and when it does need to be washed it is easy to take off. We ended up getting a spare cover because our baby spits up a lot - but you really don't NEED one. We also got the toy arch and toy set, which is great because now even when she's awake she can lay in it and be happy/entertained. We had our first one stolen off our front porch and I was devastated, but I sent them a message and they replaced it immediately - even sending it to my husband's work so we didn't have to worry about it happening again. I am very glad we got it and dread when she grows out of it!

It’s working!!
My daughter is 6 months and Co-sleeps with my husband and I. She had recently started nursing all night since she was so close and cuddling to me. This made me feel like I was getting no sleep!!! She is used to being cuddled by mommy so she wouldn’t sleep in bassinet or crib alone for more than 30 minutes. Since we got the DocATot she sleeps All night in it! She is still sleeping in our bed but now in her own space :) I feel way more rested.

Sleep = Sanity
My 6 week old has had some reflux issues and didn’t really care for sleep at night. The DockATot has given us back the magic of sleep! Before, he was sleeping 2 hours and now we are almost to 5 hour stretches! Thank you DockATot for our sanity!

Perfect Little Bed
This thing!!! Ridiculously expensive but worth it. I never worry about co sleeping anymore. My husband and I keep him in the middle and he has his own little space. We can't roll over on him, we tuck the blanket under so it can't suffocate him, it's super breathable and he fits snug so his arms can't jerk and wake him up. The end opens so he can grow and still use it and I've washed the cover twice so far with no problems(did not put in dryer). its the safest way to co sleep. I breastfeed and wake up through the night, the DockAtot allows me the convince of scooping him up, feeding him and putting him back in his own bed without having to get up at all. No big bulky bassinet or crib, just the perfect size little bad for my little man!

I love this product!
Upon watching many videos and reading many reviews for baby products as a new mom I was reelecting to purchase this item because of the price. I finally decided to purchase it because I knew I was not going to buy a bassinet and I could not have made a better choice! I have to say that my baby has slept in the Dock a Tot since he was two weeks old. We use it in the living room, we use it in the bed for co-sleeping, we put it one the floor, I have just started using it for tummy time I just love it!! Very multifunctional and I feel safe stepping away and wash dishes while my baby is in it on the sofa, now I have a small apartment and I can monitor him but still I think is very safe to leave them in it. The one Con I have to give the product and it's why I did not give it five stars is the price, $175 for a pillow is a lot, you are paying for the name. I think though that if you can afford it it's a great product to have. I highly highly recommend it. My baby is out growing it now and I will be purchasing the Dock a Tot Grand and this one will be used by second baby, so it is worth it.

Checks all my boxes
Honestly nothing is perfect in life, but My baby boy loves his dockatot. I was debating between this and the snuggle me organic which is cheaper, but I ended up returning the snuggle me because I like how firm the bottom is on the dockatot, I like how it grows with baby so it lasts longer, I like that my baby enjoys it, and most of all I know my little boy is safe as a newborn whenever I put him in there and that he won’t roll out or get rolled on when I sleep in bed with him. It also makes nursing him incredibly easy for his mom when she’s in bed trying to sleep. This thing is expensive for sure, but it really is worth its weight in gold for such a simple product. Anyway I’m very happy I bought this I can imagine how hard it would be without it.

Baby settles into sleep faster and stays asleep longer
I considered buying the DockAtot when I was pregnant but decided against it because of the price. My son is two months old now and wouldn’t stay asleep longer than two hours, sometimes he would wake up every 45 minutes and was willing to try anything to get some extra sleep so I ordered the DockAtot. It’s only been two nights but the first night he slept for three hour stretches and the second he slept for five! Before when I would lay him down in his bassinet he would thrash around, grunting for 10-15 minutes but with the DockAtot he settles down right away, falls and stays asleep! It was definitely worth the money and I wish I had bought it sooner!

Must have item
My first baby was a horrible sleeper, truly horrible. When baby #2 rolled around I was terrified of repeating what we went through the first time around. When my baby was about 3 weeks old I bought the Dock and it was magic. He slept for 5 hours straight the first night and I panicked that something was wrong. Nothing was wrong, he was just comfortable and asleep. Then he slept for 6 hours. He's 5 months old now and will sleep for 8+ hours in this. I only wish I would have bought the bigger one and that it wasn't so insanely expensive.

new mom, new baby
UPDATE!: my baby is now almost 4 mo. He was still in his rock and play off and on and went thru his 4mo sleep regression... we tried to transition him to his crib....he would loose it and not sleep.... put him in the doc a tot in his crib....boom. sleep! He is able to move his head away from things and does not roll so I feel comfortable with him in it in his crib. The sides arent high enough for him to get his face trapped. We love it So, my husband and I went back and forth on whether we wanted the dock a tot. We decided not to get it and see how it goes.... my son is 6 weeks right now. He REFUSED to sleep in anything other than his rock and play no matter how many times we would try his bassinet. He hated being on his back and would toss, turn, cry and mom and dad would get no sleep. We decided to give the dock a tot a try.... so we took the plunge... Its been 3 nights in the dock a tot and he has slept 3hrs at a time (he's breastfeeding), so he will wake up at the 3hr mark, eat, then right back down in his dock a tot with no fuss. So far we are fans!! :) Dock a Tot for the win!!
