VERY GOOD CAPER BERRIES
Love these capers. Great flavor! I add them to egg salad, tuna salad. Put on smoked salmon and when I make a smoked salmon salad. I even add some of the brine to other dishes for that briny, salty taste, when the actual berries won't work with texture I'm after.

To a degree capers are capers. That said, these are excellent capers. They are intense in flavor, more so than other capers I've purchased. Quite good. I definitely recommend them without reservation.

I liked the flavor of the cappers. It had a smooth taste and not a bite to them. It had the right amount of fluid in the jar. 95 percent produce and 5 fluid. Impressed.
